These Compatible LED Tube can be work with magnectic ballast and electronic ballast. No need to change anything in the old fixture, what you need to do is take off the old fluorescent tube, and snap in the led tube, then turn on.
How to know your old fixture:
Magnetic flourescent fixture: old flourecent tube + old stater.
Electronic flourescent fuxture: old flourescent tube, no starter.
